Frogger 50
A downloadable game
Frogger50 is a reworking of Spectrum Cross, compiled in Boriel ZX Basic. This was meant as a bit of fun, and also a love note to Cassette 50 which I made my 8 year old son play through with me - Enjoy!
I made the source code available, as it contains a quite interesting ASM routine to scroll the obstacles. This was converted into a number of SUBs that control the speed of the game. UDG have been updated, now there are even more than you ever though possible!
I've added music and a nice loading screen to make this the complete package.
Can a cassette 50 game be made good? Yes, I think so!
Smoother, faster and more challenging than the original game :)
